How can I pay?

We only accept wire transfer payments. When you make a reservation we will provide an invoice with our bank details so you can complete the wire transfer. The reservation will be confirmed after the payment has been received in our account (usually 2 to 5 days within EU). Small consumptions may be paid locally in cash (EUR).


Privacy policy

The only info we collect about you is what you write in our reservation or contact forms. No sensitive info is required (passwords, card numbers,…). All info is stored in a safe server and will not be used for any purpose other than your request.


Product Description and Prices

We try to be as thorough as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions and other contents of this web site are always accurate, complete, reliable, up to date and without any errors. For this reason, all bookings made through the website, are analyzed before being accepted. All information is provided in good faith, we are not responsible for any errors, omissions or incorrect information (except when it is an irresponsible or fraudulent act) to the maximum extent permitted by law, with all implied warranties relating to such information.


Complaints and Resolution

If you have any complaints, please let us know as soon as possible. If we cannot solve the problem immediately, you should write to us in the following 30 days. If you do not tell us about your complaint, our ability to investigate and solve the problem will be compromised. For this reason, and provided there is no reason not to inform us of your complaint, we are not responsible for claims that we weren’t timely informed of.


How to get here

(GPS – 39° 20’ 58,50’’ N; 8° 31’ 40,60’’ W) From Lisbon – A1 highway, exit Santarém, exit to Torres Novas, turn to Alcanhões, keep in the direction of Golegã until arrival at Azinhaga. 95 Km (1h). From Oporto - A1 highway, exit Torres Novas, exit Riachos, direction Golegã, and entering Golegã turn to exit Azinhaga until arrival. 250 Km (2h30).

By TRAIN

Take the METRO (Subway) in Lisbon Airport to ORIENTE Station. In ORIENTE station take the REGIONAL train to the NORTH, leave in MATO DE MIRANDA Station. The train ride takes aprox. 1h10. The station is 3 Km away from Solar Espirito Santo. Call a taxi or contact us to pick you up there.
